All payments and transactions are made via PayPal. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, and we will begin to prepare your order for shipment. We ship all orders within a week, if your order is large or complex (includes many custom dice that require new molds to be made) there may be delays in shipment, but we will be sure to notify you via email.

After shipping your order you will receive an email with the track number of your order, you can track the status of your parcel using 17TRACK.

We send all orders using international mail, your order will arrive at your local post office. Please keep track of your order and pick it up from the post office on time so it does not come back to us.
